You may doubt anyone or anything in this world—but you can never doubt yourself. The moment self-doubt enters, authority and clarity collapse—and you lose your way.
In this method, you learn through personal discovery, and discernment is essential. The world is composed of distinct types of people. The best are supportive and empowering. Most are critical, competitive, judgmental, controlling, or submissive. Navigating life and work without recognizing these distinctions is not kindness; it is negligence.
This work trains perception, not paranoia, and demands literacy rather than illusion. The measure of success here is stability under pressure, clarity without permission, and the capacity to rule one’s life without having to over-explain.
"Coaching ends not when answers are found, but when inner authority is no longer outsourced."
CREATIVITY (Individual as creator of his own experience.)
PERSONAL POWER (The “letting go” of needing an acceptable and often outdated “self-image” to identify with, amounts to a new freedom.
PRESENCE (the ability to develop alertness and listen from new found sources of attention, focus and awareness.)
PERFORMANCE (The curriculum is based in part on distinguishing performance as a repertoire of skills and hidden talents.)
PUBLICNESS (Being public reveals the human being. The public realm as “open” realm for self-discovery, learning and self-mastery.)
EXPERIENCE (the experiential realm is where the quality of our knowing is immediate and based on intuition and intelligence, rather than judgment and conditioned perspectives).
Eric Stone - Founder
This method deals with context as a "medium" within which the contents of our lives (our experiences) occur. Medium means the "environment". As an example, a fish operates inside water but is not aware of water as the context of its life. Water to fish, air to bird and man to himself.
By revealing the "quality" of the medium within which we operate, we can reorganize limiting beliefs, thoughts patterns and old habits.
All processes presented are creative in nature, thoroughly distinguished as separate from the psychological, therapeutic or emotional realms. All realms carry expectations and organize our behavior.
The Power of Suggestions & Insights
Creating "openings for action" through the power of suggestion. Similar to a tennis coach directing your focus to one aspect of the game, previously ignored, can change the way you play tennis from one moment to the next.
We cannot practice what we haven't distinguished. For instance, every decision we make is a new direction. Choices then become the pivotal factors that determine the quality of our experiences.
